The reception can provide you with various AC power plug adapters.

In the main building you will find our Spa Lounge which is open 17.00-20.00, with sauna and indoor pool. In winter, a hole in the ice in the lake, is kept open for winter swimming. 
In the surroundings there are nice walking and exercise trails. A map is available at the reception and reflective vests and headlamps are available to borrow.
You can play darts, billiards, board games, boules, kubb, corn-hole, etc. and bicycles are available for loan.
Please ask for specific information about our conference activities.

We have swimming clothes for loan in the changing rooms and for sale at the reception.

There is a locked luggage room adjacent to the reception where you as a guest can leave your luggage after checking out.

The hotel takes no responsibility for valuables and overcoats. For luggage service please contact the reception.

Our restaurant and bar are located in the main building.

We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, VISA, Master card, Diners Club as well as the mobile payments via Swish.

We need information about everyone staying at the hotel, including the hotel rooms, in the evening and at night due to security reasons. Register your guest  in the reception. 

Each room has a smoke detector and a fire alarm. Please study the evacuation plan placed on the inside of the hotel door and locate the nearest emergency exit. In case of fire and the corridor is filled with smoke, you should stay in your room and await help. The room is a fire cell and resists fire for 60 minutes.

We have bicycles for you to borrow. Please contact the reception.

You can borrow a laptop in the reception on the first floor.

Power points have 230 V/50Hz. Please contact the reception if you need an adapter.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on weekdays 07.00-09.00
On weekends, breakfast is served according to agreement.
If you wish to have a breakfast bag with you on early departure, please let us know the evening before, no later than 21.00.

Steningevik has a total of 61 rooms and 119 beds.
All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, wireless network, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safety deposit box.

Please respect that smoking is not allowed in our rooms.

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in our public areas with respect for other guests except for active duty service dogs.
We have one hotel room intended for bringing dogs, for prices contact the reception.

Steningevik is “Green Key” certified. We actively work to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing our water and energy consumption, carbon footprint, reduce the usage of chemicals and recycle waste. We use 100% renewable electricity. Additionally we strive to use fair-trade certified, ecological and local produce and products.

We provide a free of charge secure broadband connection via a city fibre network, wired connection and wireless connection up to 1000 Mbit/s. To connect to the Wi-Fi, simply connect to Steningevik Guest. Passwords are available at the reception, in the hotel information map and in the conference rooms.

Please help us recycle by placing recyclable items on the desk such as batteries, bottles, cans and newspapers. We will then recycle it for you.

Parking at Steningevik is free and you do not need a permit. If you have an electric car, we have 6 charging stations and you charge for a fee (Easy Park).

The reception is manned 24 hours a day, dial 9 on phone. Here you can get information, print, book a taxi and buy kiosk goods and gift items.

Our restaurant is located in the main building and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We offer a menu of light dishes.

Smoking may only take place outdoors in the designated place.

There is a safe deposit box in each hotel room and at the reception.

There is a shoe polish machine at the main entrance and shoe care kits available in the hotel rooms.

Our Spa Lounge is located downstairs in the main building. There is an indoor pool, men’s and women’s sauna, changing rooms with shower and towels. Bathrobe and slippers are provided in your hotel room.
The Spa Lounge is open 17.00-20.00. Other times can be booked at the reception.

Morning and evening newspapers are free of charge and are available in the main building, where you can also borrow reading glasses.

There is a laundry bag in the closet. Leave your laundry at the reception before 08.00 and you will have it returned by 18.30. For dry cleaning please contact the reception.
